These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Global IELTS Online (“GIO”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

2. Use of the service

GIO provides IELTS practice, mock tests, and AI-assisted feedback for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or scrape content from the service without authorization.

3. Purchases and access

Paid products grant access to specific content and features for the stated period. Access terms, duration, and price are shown at checkout before purchase.

4. AI feedback

AI-generated band scores and feedback are estimates provided for study guidance. They are not official IELTS results and do not guarantee any outcome on the actual test.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility, where applicable, is described at the point of purchase and subject to the conditions stated there.

6. Intellectual property

All content, question banks, and materials on GIO are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of GIO or its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, GIO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
